Mentorships

Our mentors help us build problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills by sharing real-world experiences to support our technical growth. As a mentor, you would guide us in engineering, programming, and strategic thinking throughout our competition season.

Why You Should Become a Mentor

We are always looking for mentors to guide us in engineering, programming, CAD, and electrical systems. Assistance with design, troubleshooting, and strategic planning is highly appreciated, as it teaches us about the engineering design process. However, robotics experience isn’t required—mentors can contribute in many areas like leadership, marketing, or project management.

Mentor involvement is flexible—join us in person or via Zoom as your schedule allows. We also host monthly Zoom meetings for mentors to stay updated and connected throughout our season.
